Property Rates Set To Rise Again ?

There may be good news for the reality sector in Jalandhar and elsewhere in Punjab .With softening on interest rates ,property prices may start ,again , moving up wards . Global recession had hit property business hard in the last few months

PUDA Chief , Som Parkash I.A.S. ,disclosed that recent auctions of Govt. properties in Patiala have fetched more than the reserve prices .So PUDA would restart auctioning of Government properties in whole of Punjab, including Jalandhar , as it expects better rates now.
