Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj has been appointed as the next Principal of Jalandhar 's prestigious Hansraj Mahila Mahavidyalaya ( HMV College ) .
Dr. Kalia succeeds J. Kackaria under whose principalship HMV College Jalandhar recorded great heights in academics and sports.
