Jalandhar Divisional Commissioner SR Ladhar IAS , has issued directions to Govt. officials to take strict action against polluting tanneries , industrial units , Municipal Corporations in Jalandhar and Kapurthala districts , which are discharging polluted water in the Kala Sanghia Drain.
The meeting was attended also by the World Renowned Environmentalist Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal.
Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal is called Lord Bhagirath of Modern day India .
