A grand social event of simultaneus marriage ceremony of more than 100 Christian couples was held in Jalandhar. Brides and grooms hailed from Batala, Jalandhar, Nakodar, Mehatpur, Shahkot Malsian and other places. Punjab Govt. blessed the event by giving gifts of furniture etc.
