Burlton Park Stadium , Jalandhar, will, again, be hosting International cricket matches. Initiative in ths regard has been taken by the Mayor Rakesh Rathore and 'Danik Bhaskar', Jalandhar. B.C.C.I. and Punjab Govt. would spend Rs. 55 crores. This action would do justice to Jalandhar's fame and status as the Sports City of India.
