In honour of the visiting U.G.C. Team , a cultural programme " Surmai Sham ' was organised in H.M.V. College.The programme began with Gidda and " Jago".Other programmes were mimicry , folk dances , folk songs . A play on women empowerment " Bandh Andhero " was , also . staged .
Master of ceremonies was Dr.Jasbir Rishi . In the end , Principal J. Kakaria ,honoured the Guests.
