Parminder Singh Dhindsa, PWD Minister, Punjab laid foundation stone of the project for upgradation of Kala Sanghia to Dalla via Sandhu Chattha-Kular-Talwandi Madho-Dalla Road.
The venue of the ceremony was Near Nimal Kutia of Sant Balbir Singh Ji , Seechewal, Village Kotla Heran.
This project is being undertaken with the help of NABARD.
Jathedar Ajit Singh, Minister Revenue Rehabilitation and Disater Management and Sant Balbir Singh Ji Seechewal took great initiative this project.
