Fulfilling the old demand of the residents of ares around Urban Estate, Jalandhar ,a railway halt station of the Jalandhar- Nakodar line is in the process of being approved.
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President, Mohinder Singh Kaypee has announced to put in resources, if required, under " Shramdaan" scheme.
Grateful residents of the area have decided to name the Halt station after Shahid Darshan Singh Kaypee.
