"Mata" whether Goddess and our mothers, both deserve worship.Mother's Day is being celebrated in Jalandhar with due respect. Children wished their mothers, called on phones or sent SMS and emails.Some gave gifts. Sweets / cakes were ,also, given. Some plan to take their mothers to lunches / dinners in restaurants. It is " Jai Mata Di " all the way.
