To campaign for the Congress candidate, Mohinder Singh Kaypee, Congress President, Sonia Gandhi addressed a political rally in Jalandhar. There was a mammoth gathering of Congress supporters at the rally venue, Burlton Park. Security was very tight. The weather , which was extremely hot for the last few days, has cooled down today. Jalandhar goes to polls on 13-05-09 in the fifth and the last phase of polling. Counting of votes all over the country is on 16-05-09.
