Easier Indo- Pakistan Visa Norms Sought

Indo Pakistan relations have been in the recent past like Stock Markets ( roller coaster ride ). But it is the common man ,on both sides, who is paying the price for macro level tensions between the two neighbours.

The new government in India should give priority to normalising relations with Pakistan so that the public on both countries does not suffer. Kashmir or Mumbai blasts should be treated as important but independent issues. Most important is allowing freer access to each other's country. There are very strong bonds of history.

We have knowledge of many highly sentimental Jalandhar born elderly people , now foreigners, whose only desire remaining in life is to visit their birth place. Allow freer issue of Visas. Those who seek visas are simple, peaceful and law abiding citizens.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW MUTUAL SUSPICIONS TO COME IN BETWEEN THIS " PILGRIMAGE "
