Conceding the long pending demand of NRIs a special court ( Mr. Jaspinder Singh , Additional Civil Judge - Cum JMIC ) has been established in Jalandhar. It will hear all NRI cases ( both pending and fresh ) of NRIs on a fast track basis.
President NRI Sabha , Kamaljeet Singh ,called this a major victory for NRIs.
