Instant Electricity Bills Being Issued in Jalandhar And Around

It is good to see instant issue( at the time of Meter reading ) of computerised electricity bills. It is a step forwardin procedure

But the million dollar question is that has any adjustment been given for the much promised refund to paid urban electricity consumers .It appears Electricity Duty has  been enhanced exorbitantly. Further ,Octroi continues to be levied.

It seems all political parties in Punjab have dumped urban paid consumers of electricity. Such Punjabis do not form any party's " VOTE BANK "
