There is a severe cold wave going on in Jalandhar.
Social Workers have been requested to extend help to the Homeless on the Roads .
They may :-
Provide blankets and quilts
Provide For Firewood Fires in Drums or in the Open at Convenient Places in the Open along the Road sides where the Homeless can sit around the public fires
Provide Hot Tea in Disposable Cups
