Chinese Communist leaders still pursue Mao`s Thinking ( as given in the Little Red book ) that " Power Stems From The Barrel of a Gun " . China is a Loose Cannon. It says it taught India a lesson in 1962 . It can do it again. Our politicians would be busy deciding whether to let the Parliament function or not and China would mount an offensive against India.
