I'm very disappointed with the Management of Hotel Cabbana Jalandhar- especially the CEO and Manager who haven't responded to my query of ' Are pets allowed ?' My email to the CEO remains unanswered and the Manager who was to call me up ... hasn't .... despite the fact that our whole family of over 50 people has been booked in the hotel. Most hotels and resorts iin India permit pets at an additional cost .... Hotel Cabbana Jalandhar and Concept Hospitality is evading an answer. Sad for an Ecotel hotel.
