NRI s Resent Income Tax

The move by the Government to make those NRIs whose stay in India exceeds 60 days pay Income Tax has met with strong opposition from the NRI ( Non Resident Indians )..

Jalandhar based NRI Sabha 's Chairman Kamaljit Singh Hayer has taken up the matter with the authorities . He said many NRIs have to stay in India for longer because of long drawn out civil cases regarding encroachment of their properties etc,
