Pranab says let first States cut Taxes then Centre would cut levies.
States ( like Punjab ) say that First Centre reduce Taxes ( in one Litre
of Petrol Rs. 40 + are taxes whether Central or State ).Both Centre and
State are playing football with the Common Man.

Bhartiya Janta Party is Double Faced BJP opposes high Petrol prices in the country. But in Punjab where BJP is in coalition BJP supports Akali Dal on making Petrol prices nearly Rs. 8 Per Litre more costlier than in Haryana.
In this regard Jalandhar Thinkers feel , Common Man was better off under the British Colonial Rule . At that time we had only one set of exploiters.
