As the SAD govt.has come to power again which they were not expecting.The money required for Urban Estate Phase Three Jalandhar project would around 800 crore presently which is not available with the govt.No bank is as yet willing to lend the money and govt. Is not in hurry
So it is expected that somewhere in 2015 Urban Estate Phase 3 Jalandhar may come up in reality.
