Sadly , with this cash transfer the corruption axis would shift from
bureaucracy to corruption in the family. Male members would corner all
the cash and may use it for smoking Bidis / consuming Liquor.

Similarly , at Toll Plazas all the names / Vehicle numbers of those not Paying Toll Tax should be displayed on the Message Board / Internet.
