One Time Scheme ( OTS ) for regularisation of unauthorided Plots / Houses has been extended to 25-10-13 ( Please Recheck this information independently ).
It has been demanded that the money collected under this OTS should not be frittered away but should be kept by the Govt. in a separate Escrow account and should be spent only providing Infrastructure facilities.
