Punjab Govt.'s policy of non Registration of Land Sale Deeds without N O C ( No Objection Certificate ) regarding Regularisation of Un Regulated Colonies , has cost the Govt revenues very badly.
Sale Deed registrations have come down drastically
Govt, is losing more by way of less Stamp Paper revenue than it may have gained by imposing a Land Regularisation Fee.
Now , Govt . has issued directions to the concerned Departments to issue NOC with in 10 days for receiving applications/ Fees.
