On 02-12-2014 , Central Govt. has , again , raised Central Excise on Petrol by more than Rs. 2 per Liter.
Already Punjab Govt is selling Petrol in Punjab priced nearly Rs. 8 per liter more than the price in neighboring Haryana.
Jalandhar Thinkers want that Physically Handicapped Punjabis should be sold petrol without any Central Excise or State VAT.
Physically Handicapped should be kept above Vote Bank based decisions
