When I was in St. Stephen's College , Delhi , one of myclass mates ' father was Finance Secretary ( Later PM ). One Rupee Currency Notes had his signature
Now , fellow resident student my Senior ( and also Teacher ) is Finance Secretary.
One Rupee Notes have returned bearing Rajiv Mehrishi 's signature.
