Big Relief for Industrialists of Focal Point Jalandhar

Local Bodies Minister, Punjab Govt. Manoranjan Kalia informed that a cabinet decision has been taken that the Sale Deed ( Conveyance Deed) of industrial plots at Focal Point Jalandhar would be done at the original rates at which the plots were sold by the Govt. The registering authorities were asking for stamp duty rates which, also, included the value of the structures constructed.

The cabinet decision has been conveyed to the chief officer of Revenue Deptt. Mrs. Dube. In the cabinet meeting Deputy Chief Minister, Sukhbir Badal, Finance Minister Punjab Manpreet Badal were, also, present.

Industrialists of Focal Point Jalandhar have thanked Manoranjan Kalia for the personal interest shown by him in getting this relief.
