After the recent Rs. 4 hike in petrol prices, ordinary unleaded petrol is being sold in Jalandhar @ Rs. 49.25 p.
In Delhi , Haryana an Chandigarh it is around Rs. 44.50 p .
Government should give petrol to handicapped persons at a subsided rate as cars are not a luxury but an essential item for them.
Further, handicapped persons should be included in the list of many categories of persons exempted from paying Road Toll Taxes .
