While , on the eve of Assembly Elections , Parties are playing the Reservation and Vote Bank Cards , no body is showing any concern for the Physically Handicapped .who are truly the waeker Sections of our society.
Physically Handicapped should be given Deemed ST / SC status and Punjab Govt. should also extend the benefit of Free Electricity to the Physically Handicapped in Jalandhar and in rest of Punjab.
In the Punjab Assembly a minimum of 5 seats should be Reserved for the Physically Handicapped .
