Anna Hazare has transformed a dis- united Middle Class into a United and Cohesive Vote Bank .Just like Babu Kanshi Ram , galvanised the spread out Dalits into a very effective Vote Bank developing into BSP . Earlier politicians were working out their Vote Bank Mathematics by giving Freebies , subsidies etc to their Vote Banks . All these freebies were being ultimately borne by the Middle Class ( Aam Aadmi ).
