Petrol is a necessity and not a Luxury item for Physically Handicapped .
Physically Handicapped should be given Petrol @ cost price which is Rs. 30 Per Liter.
Whereas Lakhs of crores worth of subsidy is given on Diesel , Physically Handicapped are not given a single Paisa relief because they are not considered to be a Vote Bank.

While lakhs of crores of tax payers money is spent on Vote Banks including Super Rich Farmers Not a Single Paisa Relief is Given to the Physically Handicapped Indians. all sorts of so called VIP s are given Free and Speedy Passage at Highway Toll Tax Plazas, Physically Handicapped ( even in a Modest Tata Nano Car ) are charged to the Fullest.

Deemed SC / ST status should be granted to Physically Handicapped as they are , truly, the Weaker Sections .India works on Vote Banks. 10% of MP/ MLA seats should be reserved for Physically Handicapped
In India Merit does not Count. Only whether you are a Vote Bank or Non Vote Bank.
