We are grateful to the popular Daily newspaper " Punjab Kesari " ( dt. 29/06/2016 ) for an expose that those Electricity consumers of Jalandhar ( and else where in Punjab ) who are getting Free Electricity are using Air Conditioners.
In Punjab no concession is given to Physically Handicapped.
